Car Fix Waukegan

I came here to get my brakes and rotors done and later on another service. All the staff were amazing to work with, they explained the work being done, and they were quick with their services. I never once felt that they were making up prices or "finding" things wrong with the car to increase the price of the job. Honestly one of the best places I've been to and would highly recommend coming in if you need your car fixed. They even offer payment plans if the price is a little too much to fork up at the time. Thank you for your honesty and good work!

Highly recommend this spot especially as they took care of my car. My right axle snapped and I call my dealership and their quote was an arm and an leg. After doing some research and google reviews, this place provided a more affordable price. I went with them and didn't regret it as it was done within a day and their mechanics weren't trying to upsell me anything. But they did recommend getting more car wash as the bottom of my car was rusting due to the salt from road. So I will be doing more of that and will come back if I have any more car issues.

Amazing customer service, timely efficient, and great prices! Ayman communicates very well and would call to update me. He was also patient and answered all questions to the best of his knowledge. The tech Ivan was great! He drove my sister and I home and also took us to go back to the shop to pick my car up when it was done. My car would’ve been done same day but they discovered that the shocks needed to be replaced so they texted me pictures of it and Ayman explained what was going on. I liked how transparent they were on that and gave me the option to fix it or not. I chose to go with it since they offered to give me a discount on the labor since they were already working on my car.

Been coming here since I came to Waukegan about 18 months ago. They've always been honest and done work, prices are always very reasonable especially compared to what you get at a dealership, communication has always been great. Today I had a scraping under my car, I brought it in and there was a tree branch stuck in my undercarriage. They took the time to remove it and didn't charge me. Great and fair service and I will keep coming back.

I had check engine lights on both of my vehicles. They needed a lot of work done. The staff at Car Fix were immensely helpful, timely, informative, and really exceeded my expectations with their services. The work is guaranteed for 2 years which gave me peace of mind and my vehicles were done within the day. Both of my vehicles are running excellent. These guys have the knowledge, tools and expertise to get your vehicle in peak condition. I will be working with them from now on when it comes to regular maintenance and fixes.
